Poppy Okotcha is a permaculture designer, organic no-dig farmer and a forager. In a class created especially for Great Feast, Poppy provides an introduction to foraging in the city or countryside for the making of a soothing herbal tea.

“The beautiful thing about collecting wild herbs in nature is that the actual experience of foraging and harvesting these plants from the natural world is also calming and restorative,” she says.  “It means when we drink the tea that we make, we know exactly where it comes from and we’re reminded of that experience outdoors. It’s a wonderful connection.”
