Will my delivery be contactless?

We are currently running contactless deliveries. Our delivery driver will therefore find a safe spot for your parcel either on your doorstep or nearby, and we will give you a knock and send you an SMS alert to confirm delivery has been made.

If, however, you require assistance to move your order into your kitchen, just let us know and our drivers will be happy to help.

Given the circumstances, we are taking full precautions with our drivers and vendors at this time. 

When will my food be delivered?

If you are ordering a DIY Recipe Kit, your order will arrive on Friday 3rd July or Saturday 4th July. Specific times will be confirmed prior to the festival. If you are ordering hot food to be delivered then you get to choose your delivery window during the checkout process. Please note, delivery windows have limited numbers so we suggest you book in early with your time preference. 

If you have ordered multiple items, they may not necessarily be delivered at the same time.

What if I am not home?

If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive your order, please let us know by using the live support team on the homepage of the Great Feast website. 

Our customer support team will try to contact you and the rider will wait for 10 minutes before leaving. If this happens, you will still be charged for your order. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in London is £4.00 and delivery outside of London is £6.75. 

Do I have to tip the delivery driver?

Whether you decide to tip is completely up to you, you can hand the driver cash providing you do it in a contactless way (i.e through the door letterbox)

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we currently do not yet offer a collection service. 

Where are you delivering to?

We’re currently delivering hot food items to most of London Zone 1 and Zone 2. Our recipe kits can be delivered anywhere in the UK. 


When will I get my event link?

All event links will be emailed to you (using the email address you use at checkout) on the day of the event. 

Can I invite my friends along?

Of course - the more the merrier! Unless you are using the same computer to watch the event, your friend will need to sign up themselves to get their own link. 

Can I cancel my booking?

All events are non refundable. Please refer to the cancellation policy on the eventbrite booking page when placing your order.


Can I amend my order?

Most orders can be amended. Please see individual sellers' pages for details of this.

What if something is wrong with my order when I receive it?

Yikes - we hope not! If there is an issue, please email info@greatfeast.com and we’ll get onto it asap. 

What if I have allergies?

All allergies are outlined on the product pages so please check these before placing your order. 

How will food be packaged? And how do I store it?

As we are working with multiple restaurants all packaging and storage info will be different. All orders will come with instructions as to how to store and re-heat.
