Traditional Thai food is made to be cooked over coals. We have taken our favourite Thai Street foods, prepared and marinated it all so it's ready sling on the BBQ when you’re ready. This BBQ kit includes:

  • • 2x Yum makreua yao: Thai long aubergine salad, mint, coriander, roasted rice, shallot with chilli lime dressing (GF, fish)
  • • 2x Gai Yang: Marinated Suffolk chicken leg, red turmeric, long black pepper, garlic (GF, fish)
  • • 4x Moo Ping: Caramelised pork neck skewers, marinated with galangal, garlic, soya, palm sugar (GF, molluscs, fish, soya)
  • • 1x Sai au: Northern Thai Sausage coil, pork belly mince, red curry paste, kaffir lime leaf (GF, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, egg)
  • • 1x Sour chilli sauce (GF, Fish)
