Goldie is one of the UK’s most-loved entertainers. He’s an original godfather of drum and base, with his 1995 album 'Timeless' helping define the genre, as well as introduce it to the mainstream. Since then, Goldie has never drifted far from the public psyche: he had a role in Guy Richie’s Snatch and appeared in Eastenders for a brief time in the early naughties. He was even on Strictly Come Dancing in 2010.

Goldie’s contribution to British music was officially recognised in 2016 when Prince Charles presented him with an MBE. Today, his name continues to be a crowd-magnate at any British festival and it’s set to be no different during The Great Feast of London weekend, even if the crowds, this time around, will be virtual.
